Uttr is a voice capture app made by Shaheer Saud. By using Uttr you agree to these terms.
Uttr Premium
Uttr is free, and capturing is unlimited — that does not change. Uttr Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Without it, your seven most recent memories keep returning to you; Premium keeps every memory returning however many you have, mirrors your items into Todoist, Notion or Google Tasks, removes the limit on spoken macros, unlocks the exclusive skins, and exports everything you have captured. Nothing you have said is ever deleted either way. It auto-renews at $7.99/month (or your region’s equivalent) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. A yearly option may be offered at a lower monthly equivalent. Any free trial, and the exact price, are shown in the app before you confirm — those figures are authoritative. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and each renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. No refunds are issued by us directly — refund requests go through Apple.
Your content
Everything you capture belongs to you and stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We claim no rights over your thoughts, events, reminders, or memories.
Acceptable use
Don't use Uttr to break the law or attempt to disrupt the service (including the optional AI-refinement endpoint).
Warranty & liability
Uttr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Uttr writes to your calendar and reminders at your direction — always verify important entries.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
